Bezruč Valley is the longest and deepest valley in the Ore Mountains, through which the Chomutovka River flows; while the valley bike path runs along the river below, Highway 23 follows its upper edge. The route follows paved forest roads high above the canyon, and just before reaching Hora Svatého Šebestiána, it offers dramatic views down into the forested valley. There’s no need to park or lock your bike anywhere, as the lookout points are located right on the edge of the forest road—all you have to do is pull over to the shoulder.
